Cancellation Policy

Your service will be immediately activated upon placing the order on our site. Cancellation requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place duplicate orders for the same account, you can request cancellation for the duplicate order within 7 days of purchase. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at care@stockezee.com.

However, once premium access has been enabled or you have already started using any paid services (including screeners, live analysis, or other features), cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

We value your money and strive to ensure a satisfactory customer experience. However, no refunds will be provided for any purchased plans or services, except in the case of duplicate payments.

Refunds will be processed only for duplicate payments made for the same account, subject to verification. If you believe you have made a duplicate payment, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Plan Usage and Expiry
